The following is a quotation (with a scan) from Masā’il al-imām Ibn Bāz:

“I asked our Sheikh about the hadith affirming "fingers" for Allah and if it [the hadith] is for restriction, in that the fingers are five [in number]?
Answer: Yes, because the fingers contain all of creation (and the rest of creation is on a finger)” (1).

Original Arabic Text:

“قال الشيخ عبد الله بن مانع في كتابه " مسائل الإمام ابن باز " ص 37 سؤال 36 : 
سألت شيخنا عن حديث إثبات الأصابع لله ، هل هو للحصر ، وأن الأصابع خمس ؟ 
الجواب نعم لان الاصابع استوعبت الخلائق؛ (وسائر الخلق على اصبع)” (1).
